Which languages work?

What apps does it connect to?

Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We never sell it, and we do not use your customer conversations to train public AI models. You can export or delete your data at any time.

What if a bear does not know the answer?

It says so politely, takes the customer's details and messages you right away. The bears never guess about prices, medical questions or anything you have not taught them.

Can I take over a conversation?

Yes. Open the conversation and reply. The bear steps back the moment you jump in, and only picks up again when you hand it back.

How long does setup take?

About 10 minutes for the basics. Connect your number, answer a few questions about your services, hours and prices, and the bears are ready. You can keep teaching them as you go.

Can I cancel anytime?
